The Young Carers Program Team at South West Sydney, Cumberland Prospect and Central Coast have come together to organise an action packed 3 day/2 night camp for our Young Carers aged 8-13 years.
The Camp is held on Tuesday 4th October to Thursday 6th October at Outdoor Adventure Camp Wisemans Ferry. The Young Carers will have heaps of fun by relaxing, playing games and meeting new friends.
There is no cost involved and transport to and from Camp is available just by contacting Ivy or Danijela on 1 800 052 222.
